And that’s week two all over and done with. I’ve ‘technically’ not lost weight, as i’ve gone up to 9stn 8; however, it turns out my scales were on an unloved surface and not correctly recording my weight. Last week, on the 14th, I weighed myself at work, and came in at 12stn 9.
So, in the future, my weight shall only be recorded whilst at work; most likely every Saturday. We have decided to form a small group where we all weigh and record it every Saturday morning. Hopefully, this will motivate us all to work harder to lose a little. It’s certainly motivating me.
I’m currently still investigating and attempting to follow the 5:2 diet and so far, so good. Its simple and easy to follow, and the recipes are plentiful! I’m hoping to share some of my favourites with you in the coming days and weeks.
