Weekly Update – 15/2/17

Weight – 12stn   Weekly Steps – <33,000, Gave Up  Alcohol – 2 Bottles Wine, 2 Bottles Prosecco, Valentines Day…   Savings – £0.28, Also Valentines Day…

I think, last week, I gave up in every sense of the word, so it was a total surprise to see any weigh loss on the scales. I’ve returned to form so far this week though, so fingers crossed my update next week will be a much more positive, inspired one… That said, I’ll actually be away on holiday next week, so am not 100% sure whether an update will be managed.

In other news, the weather has been a little erratic this past seven days, so it’s be hard to get out the house and do things. Instead, I’ve been sat inside watching Netflix and catching up with my reading. My current book is ‘The Burning World’ by Isaac Marion, and so far I can see it’s a fantastic read; even if a little close to current events. Next on my reading list is ‘Wild’ by Cheryl Stayed.

Other than that, life is about exciting as mash potato!

Weekly Update -8/2/17

Weight – 12stn 1   Weekly Steps – 55,403, ABYSMAL   Alcohol – 3 Bottles Wine, ALSO ABYSMAL   Savings – £12.28, ABYSMAL PROGRESS

 

I knew that my weight loss wouldn’t be as great (if at all) this week, so losing anything is a gain! I strongly believed that if I’d put more effort in and walking the dog a little more, and a little longer, it would have made a bigger difference. My aim this week is to be in the elevens!

I’ve also not been as commit to healthier options this week and have eaten two pizzas and drank almost three bottles of wine; which actually horrifies me now. BACK TO IT NOW! Saying that, i’ve still been refusing myself treats and snacks, which counts for something; especially when you live for chocolate!

In other news, I’ve applied for a new position at work, which I will talk about more in a separate post! Have a great week!

Weekly Update – 2/2/17

Weight – 12stn 2   Weekly Steps – Uncalculated   Alcohol – 2.5 Bottles Wine   Savings – £7.28, No Progress

 

When I weighed myself this week, I was surprised by how much weight I had lost; but, I feel it’s important for me to point out that I actually didn’t feel well for two days and didn’t eat as much as I should have. Next week, I fully expect to have put some weight back on.

I’ve been pretty lazy in regards to exercise this last week; which I fully intend to correct next week. Post Christmas has been so manic, and i’ve not been as focused as I should have been; but it’s a new month now and time to make plans and really stick to them!!!
