I knew that my weight loss wouldn’t be as great (if at all) this week, so losing anything is a gain! I strongly believed that if I’d put more effort in and walking the dog a little more, and a little longer, it would have made a bigger difference. My aim this week is to be in the elevens!
I’ve also not been as commit to healthier options this week and have eaten two pizzas and drank almost three bottles of wine; which actually horrifies me now. BACK TO IT NOW! Saying that, i’ve still been refusing myself treats and snacks, which counts for something; especially when you live for chocolate!
In other news, I’ve applied for a new position at work, which I will talk about more in a separate post! Have a great week!
When I weighed myself this week, I was surprised by how much weight I had lost; but, I feel it’s important for me to point out that I actually didn’t feel well for two days and didn’t eat as much as I should have. Next week, I fully expect to have put some weight back on.
I’ve been pretty lazy in regards to exercise this last week; which I fully intend to correct next week. Post Christmas has been so manic, and i’ve not been as focused as I should have been; but it’s a new month now and time to make plans and really stick to them!!!
